1. Overview
Welcome to e98game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and e98game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform operates the website at e98game.biz and all services accessible through it, including sports betting, casino games, slots, Ludo, Aviator, the VIP Club and any promotional programmes.
By registering an account on e98game, making a deposit, or simply using the website, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If there is any part of these Terms you do not agree with, you must not use e98game.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. Where there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless a specific policy explicitly states otherwise.
2. Eligibility
To register and use e98game, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for as long as you hold an active account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. e98game takes age verification seriously and will request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Any account where the player is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds confiscated.
- You must be using the platform for your own personal and recreational use only. Corporate, syndicate or third-party betting on behalf of others is not permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an e98game employee in a role that gives access to pricing, game outcomes or customer data.
- You must not have previously been self-excluded from e98game or had your account closed for a serious breach of these Terms.
- You must be accessing e98game from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual users by applicable law. It is your responsibility to understand the laws that apply to you.
3. Your Account
Each player is permitted to hold one account on e98game only. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a restriction, or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms. e98game uses a range of technical and manual verification methods to detect multiple accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and a valid mobile number. e98game relies on the accuracy of this information for payment processing, identity verification and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. e98game will never ask for your password. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, you must notify us immediately at support@e98game.biz. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
e98game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraud, or in a manner that presents a risk to the platform or other players.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on e98game are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). e98game does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Easypaisa — mobile wallet (deposits and withdrawals)
- JazzCash — mobile wallet (deposits and withdrawals)
- NayaPay — digital account (deposits and withdrawals)
- SadaPay — digital account (deposits and withdrawals)
- IBFT Bank Transfer — all major Pakistani banks
- Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by e98game, though your payment provider may have its own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your e98game balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash on verified accounts are processed in under 60 seconds. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within two hours during business hours. e98game does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Any funds deposited to e98game must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing using a method belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
e98game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP Club rewards and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions unless overridden by specific offer terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made of bonus-derived winnings. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion description — for example, "10× wagering" means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
- Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry is stated. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per IP address.
- e98game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided wherever possible.
- Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or exploiting technical errors to generate unintended bonus credits — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and all derived winnings, and may result in account closure.
- Cashback offered through the VIP Club is calculated on net losses during the relevant period and is credited as real PKR. VIP cashback wagering requirements are as stated in the VIP Club terms.
6. Betting Rules
Sports betting at e98game is subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports (cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis and others) are published in the sports betting section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed after it has been accepted by the e98game system, except in circumstances described below.
- Odds are offered on a best-efforts basis and may be subject to change before your bet is accepted. If odds change materially between you requesting a bet and the system confirming it, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the wager.
- e98game reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a system error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake resulting in odds significantly different from the correct market price. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
- In-play betting is available on selected markets. Connection issues during live betting are the responsibility of the player. e98game is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to network problems on the player's end.
- Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance immediately after official result confirmation. For cricket and football, e98game uses official governing body results. In the event of an official result reversal after settlement, e98game reserves the right to amend settled bets accordingly.
- Maximum winnings per single bet are capped as displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement. Overall maximum payout per day across all sports is Rs 5,000,000 unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing for a specific account.
7. Casino & Games
e98game offers a range of casino games including slots, live dealer tables, Ludo and the Aviator crash game. All games available on e98game use certified random number generation (RNG) or provably fair algorithms, as applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slots are as stated in the game's information panel.
The Aviator game uses a cryptographic provably fair system. The crash multiplier for each round is determined by a seed hash published before the betting phase opens. Players can independently verify any round's result against this published hash at any time through the game's verification tool.
e98game is not responsible for any disruption to casino games caused by internet connectivity problems on the player's side. Where a game session is interrupted due to a verified server-side error, affected wagers will be refunded at e98game's discretion based on the game state at the time of interruption.
Progressive jackpot games, if offered, accumulate from a share of bets placed by all players. Jackpot winnings are subject to verification before payment. Maximum payout for a single jackpot win is as stated for the specific game.
8. VIP Club
The e98game VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered players are automatically enrolled at Bronze level from the date of registration. Progression through tiers is based on XP points accumulated through gameplay as described in the VIP Club section of the platform.
VIP tier status is reviewed on an annual basis. Tier downgrades are applied at the start of each calendar year based on activity during the previous twelve months. Players at risk of a tier downgrade will be notified in advance wherever possible. Your XP balance does not reset during the year — only the tier review at year-end can affect your standing.
- Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited the following Monday morning. Cashback is credited as real PKR up to specified tier caps. Wagering requirements on cashback are as stated in the VIP Club terms page.
- Weekly free spins are credited every Monday and expire after 7 days if unused.
- Birthday bonuses are credited automatically on your registered date of birth, subject to CNIC verification confirming the correct date.
- Personal account managers assigned at Platinum and Diamond level are available for service requests and bonus arrangements. They are not authorised to override these Terms or offer rewards not published in the VIP programme.
- e98game reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, XP thresholds and reward structures with 30 days' advance notice to affected members.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on e98game and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, with permanent closure and forfeiture of balances if confirmed:
- Operating more than one account or assisting others to register duplicate accounts.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting any software error, pricing mistake or technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not such exploitation generates a financial benefit.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated cash-out patterns in Aviator.
- Using a payment method not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
- Attempting to launder money or use e98game for any other illegal financial purpose.
- Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or submitting fraudulent documents during verification.
- Harassing, abusing or threatening e98game staff or other players through any communication channel.
10. Privacy & Data
Your use of e98game involves the collection and processing of personal data. This is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also confirm your agreement to our Privacy Policy.
In summary: e98game collects the personal information needed to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. We use third-party payment processors who operate to PCI-DSS standards. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.

11. Limitation of Liability
e98game provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be required without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e98game's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your deposits in the 30-day period prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
e98game is not liable for: losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted; losses caused by third-party payment providers; or indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. Responsible Gaming
e98game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take the welfare of our players seriously and have built a range of tools into every account to help you stay in control:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
- Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a given period.
- Session timers: Set reminders at intervals during your session so you know how long you've been playing.
- Cooling-off periods: Take a voluntary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot deposit, bet or access bonus offers.
- Self-exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from e98game. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and will be honoured even if you later attempt to reverse the decision within the exclusion period.

13. Changes to These Terms

For minor changes, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or additions of new features that are clearly positive for players, we may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last revised" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
Continued use of e98game after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the change takes effect.
