If a match is officially abandoned before the result is determined, e98game will void the affected bets and return your stake in full to your account balance. Aviator is a crash game — a multiplier starts at 1x and increases as the plane flies higher. You place your bet before the round starts, and then cash out at any point while the plane is flying. If you cash out before the plane crashes, you win your stake multiplied by the cashout multiplier. If the plane crashes before you cash out, you lose your stake. Responsible Gaming

Log in to your e98game account, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, and select "Deposit Limits". You can set daily, weekly or monthly limits in PKR. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active — this delay is intentional and protects you from impulsive changes.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact support@e98game.biz. You can choose a minimum 6-month period, up to 5 years, or permanently. Once active, your account is closed, marketing stops and login is blocked for the full stated period — this cannot be reversed early. Your remaining real-money balance will be refunded on request.

A cooling-off period is a voluntary temporary pause from gaming — available for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this time deposits, bets and bonus claims are blocked, but you can still log in to view your history or request a withdrawal.
